She is very knowledgeable and will introduce you to the local produce, and teach you how to pick the best fruits and vegetables. Mell will also tell you the health benefits of these ingredients and how it is used in Filipino cooking. Buy a few ingredients from the market before driving to Mell’s home for your cooking and meal experience.
